In Silence There Is Exquisite Eloquence!

In April, I lived the experience of being completely silent for a number of days and walked away with the appreciation that – in silence there is exquisite eloquence. My newborn excitement to prioritize my happiness immersed with extraordinary gratitude for everything in my life that feels like the poet who wrote with the eyes of a painter.  Consider turning off unnecessary inner/outer noise in your day and seek out 15mins of silence as you will come to regard the effort as a most favorable necessity.

Constant distractions are like worry whose vibrational frequencies are counterproductive for anyone living life with purpose. Practicing moments of silence as a priority allows mindfulness, deep listening with your whole being, to become a greater possibility. In that resonating quality, you witness and grasp the limits of the possible by going beyond them into the impossible. Your life’s events begin to flow like a river meeting the ocean as you deepen your practice!

Kahlil Gibran counsels, You give but little when you give of your possessions.

It is when you give of yourself that you truly give.

Breathe in joy and strength.

Breathe out wisdom and peace.
